With a unique soil influenced by the Vendée Breton marshes and an oceanic climate, our organic farm had been serving French supermarkets nationwide.
Our family project has led us to the creation of CN SALAD at our La Courneuve farm allowing us to have a direct relationship with our valued partners here and abroad.

Marcela
Joseph has always loved agriculture. He knew very early on this was it for him.
Since his student days in France he has travelled visiting farms and working internships in the Netherlands, Sweden, Romania & Argentina.
Owning his dream farm, he wakes up every morning to take care of production and is out in the field with the team here. He is also known for his sense of humor :)
Travelling is definitely what he enjoys best after agriculture, that and sailing.

Marcela, originally from Mexico, fell in love with France a long time ago. A food engineer, she pursued wine studies in France, Spain & Italy.
Marcela has loved to discover the uniqueness of the soil of the region and its climate and how it is truly a reference for French horticulture. Just like with wine, it is the terroir, know-how & passion that means everything.
Travelling is for sure what she enjoys best, especially when combined with great local food and wine!
